1. Traitement des commandes standard

Toutes les commandes d’articles en stock (cartes à l’unité, boosters, coffrets, accessoires) sont préparées et expédiées dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures ouvrées (hors week-ends et jours fériés). Un e-mail contenant votre numéro de suivi vous est automatiquement envoyé dès la prise en charge du colis par le transporteur.

2. Précommandes (Produits en précommande)

Les précommandes vous permettent de réserver vos produits TCG avant leur sortie officielle afin de vous garantir du stock.

📌 Modalités pour les précommandes : Les précommandes seront envoyées autour de la date de sortie officielle du produit.

• Commandes mixtes (Stock + Précommande) : Si votre commande comporte à la fois un produit en stock et une précommande, l'ensemble de votre commande sera expédié en un seul envoi lorsque la totalité des produits sera disponible. Si vous souhaitez recevoir vos produits en stock sans attendre, nous vous invitons à passer deux commandes séparées.

3. Délais & Modes de livraison

• Livraison Standard : 2 à 4 jours ouvrés (avec suivi).

• Livraison Express : 24 à 48h ouvrées (avec suivi).

1. Standard Order Processing

All orders for in-stock items (single cards, booster packs, boxes, accessories) are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). An email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve your TCG products before their official release to guarantee your stock.

📌 Pre-order Terms: "Pre-orders will be shipped around the official release date of the product."

• Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-order): If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, your entire order will be shipped together in a single shipment once all products are available. If you wish to receive your in-stock items without waiting, we recommend placing two separate orders.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (with tracking).

• Express Shipping: 24 to 48 business hours (with tracking).
