No-Return Policy

At Aztral TCG, all sales are final. By making a purchase on our site, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms.
1. No Returns or Refunds
No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted, except as otherwise required by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:
- sealed or opened products,
- promotional or sale items,
- trading cards, accessories, or any other item sold on the site.
2. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a product that is:
- damaged in transit,
- defective on arrival,
- or does not match your order,
you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with supporting evidence (clear photos of the product and the packaging). We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer an appropriate solution at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, no cancellation is possible, including pre-orders.
4. Liability
Aztral TCG cannot be held responsible for misuse of purchased products, nor for normal wear and tear resulting from their use.
